Since you seemed perplexed at the ratings, I found it necessary to further explain a bit. Those ratings were meant to be a base from which to build on after playing the set some. They were an average of LSV's ratings at ChannelFireball, and Conley's ratings on TCGPlayer. Then, since both guys used a 5 point scale, it was converted to a 10 point scale. As you can see, there is a lot of room for the #'s to be a little skewed. Conley seemed to rate the equipment pretty high, for example, while LSV was a little more realistic, in my opinion. This skews the equipment ratings a little too high in my opinion. All of Conleys ratings were done before he had even played with the cards. LSV had only played in a hand full of drafts. So, I wouldn't read too much into the ratings so far, but I think they are a good starting point.
Oh cool, I didn't realize you had averaged them. I'll be drafting a ton starting tomorrow and start changing them around based on my own experiences with the set.
